Troubleshoot high-end system issues for customers.
Write comprehensive documentation.
Troubleshoot customer-specific programming (90% PHP)
Tune applications such as MySQL, PHP
Provide customers with clear and concise information
Create new applications and tools for engineering lab environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, 6 years relevant work experience).
Knowledge of Linux internals and common UNIX daemons (httpd, nfs, sshd, smtp, etc.).
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years experience with Linux or UNIX with scripting experience (bash, perl, python).
