In a deal that was finalized on April 1st, but was no April Fool’s joke, endLayer will acquire the Boston, MA based IT company and will now brand Affinity under endLayer.

endLayer will not only acquire all of Affinity’s services and employees, but will also remain faithful to all of Affinity’s current clients, honoring all price commitments and contracts.

endLayer aims at taking Affinity’s success in Boston to a national level. With endLayer having clients throughout the US, endLayer will be able to “scale to Affinity (infinity).”
